GROUP TRAINING TRACK SESSIONS
Engage in speed sets to improve your running speed in a fun environment
The purpose of the session is to provide each athlete with speed sets designed to ensure that they are training at the correct intensities to promote speed improvements. Speed sessions are absolutely crucial if an athlete wishes to run at faster speeds, but they can often be the hardest to complete. This is either due to a struggle with motivation or simply through lack of knowledge of how exactly to go about it. Every athlete is taken into consideration and is given specific targets to meet in each session. For those athletes that are just getting up and running and would just like a group to run with in a safe and fun environment - Our track session has everything you need

When: Every Tuesday, 17:30-18:30
Where: Rustenburg Girls High School (opposite the Common)

TESTIMONIALS
"I began working with Sean mid-way through 2017 as part of my prep to run UTCT 100km. His technique training has improved me and the personalised training programme meant that I was confident and prepared for the race. I was able to finish strong and beat my target time by a wide margin."
CHARLES PETTIT, 36
[TRAIL RUNNING]
"Sean taught me to run smartly and have quality training sessions. I completed my 3rd Two Oceans Ultra Marathon with less time spent training than the 2 prior Two Oceans Ultras."
JUANITA DAVIDS, 44
[ROAD RUNNING]
"I started with Off The Mark to improve my 100, 200, 400 + 800m times as well as to prepare for rugby season. After just 6 weeks we improved my 100m by 0,4 from my previous PB, as well as claimed gold in the 400m at Triangular. The work done also stood me in good stead for the rugby season as my explosive speed and general fitness improved dramatically"
ROSS GOODWIN, 18
[TRACK + RUGBY]
"I have been training with Sean for just over a year and I feel that I have become a real athlete since we started working together. I achieved my goal of WP colours for Cross Country and Biathlon. Our sessions are tough but always enjoyable"
