Once we have identified areas requiring improvement through our comprehensive running technique assessment, we then schedule coaching sessions where we work one-on-one, or in small groups, with the athlete to retrain their habits and affect the changes. These sessions are usually scheduled on a weekly basis, where one of our highly knowledgeable coaches will be able to check on your progress and advance your training accordingly. Our goal is to get you to a point where you are running in a manner that will not cause harm to your body and will allow you to maintain momentum and ultimately sustain faster speeds while running. Once we have you running safely and more efficiently the focus in our coaching sessions shifts to conditioning you for your specific event. We conduct interval workouts at higher intensities while continuing to monitor you position from a technique standpoint.
