Cross Country Season is officially underway!

 

We know how it goes... there are a few races, then a three week holiday, and then Wham!!! Suddenly we are into the knock-out rounds of the season where your child's skills and fitness are really put to the test.

 

Fortunately, we are here! Our Cross Country Clinic is back and we have no fewer than six days scheduled over the June-July holidays to take your child to the next level. Every Monday, every Thursday, for every week of the three week holiday!

 

The clinic will take shape in the form of a three-station format. The stations will be comprised of agility, technique and fitness segments. Our clinics are a fine-tuned, well-oiled machine, and we know exactly what your child needs to do to advance their performance at the crunch end of the season. Athletes will be split based on age and racing distances.
