October Make-up Sessions

What's going on?

Coach Sean is having a sinus operation on 30 September and will be out of of action for two weeks.

Therefore, the sessions on 1st and 8th October will regrettably not take place.

As always, we do return these sessions to our runners in a slightly different shape or form.

We would like to see as many of our runners attend these alternate sessions as possible, so we have set up an online form to gather the preference for various dates and times.
